GBWheel Hub Purchase I placed an order for a wheel hub and soon after that I was notified that their supplier was out of stock and would be a 2 week or so delay. They (AgCRAZY) notified me with the news immediately and wanted to know if I wanted to keep the order or cancel for a full refund. I was fine with the delay and the part showed up when they said it would. I was satisfied. Communication was very good I will use them again for future purchases. Thank You.

GBDid not have the product in stock any… Did not have the product in stock any more, even though it was advertised online as in stock. They did call and informed me they were refunding the order and apologized for the inconvenience, Thank You

GBPackage had shipping damage / resolved quickly. The package had shipping damage and parts missing. Not their fault! They listened and researched. They got back to me a day later with the plan to ship the missing parts. They arrived the next day. No hassle at all.
