GBTerrible customer service. Waited 3 months for order and they ignore emails. Experience with the place has been the worst Ive ever experienced. They were not responsive at all for any inquiries, and I had to also reach out multiple times to different people to get an answer. Also, I ordered a product from them which they told me the lead time was 6-8 weeks and I waited over 3 months constantly asking for updates. Not only with the delay, but they sold me a product that they knew was going to get banned by the FDA, so I am stuck with a bunch of inventory which I cannot sell. They have terrible customer service. Its unfortunate because they do have great selections of products, but their customer service is terrible. They dont treat you or your business like a partnership at all. Go try working with another supplier and you’ll see the huge difference in customer service. Try out vox nutrition they are way better.

GBA breath of fresh air Love that their team consistently stays on top of orders and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. I’ve had problems with past manufacturers going silent on me or not completing orders on time, so this is a big deal for me.

CASMP Nutra is a great company to work… SMP Nutra is a great company to work with, and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We recently launched a new product, and everyone on the team has been super responsive, professional and helpful. They are the exception to the rule and a pleasure to work with. We received our samples recently, they look fantastic, better than expected, the bottle, label, sealing, capsules, everything. I’m looking forward to working with them in the future.

LTOverpromising, not delivering Overpromising, not delivering. Only delays so far, not informing about changes in advance and you have to ask it for yourself. We'll see how they will deliver our first order.
