GBTerrible customer service. Waited 3 months for order and they ignore emails. Experience with the place has been the worst Ive ever experienced. They were not responsive at all for any inquiries, and I had to also reach out multiple times to different people to get an answer. Also, I ordered a product from them which they told me the lead time was 6-8 weeks and I waited over 3 months constantly asking for updates. Not only with the delay, but they sold me a product that they knew was going to get banned by the FDA, so I am stuck with a bunch of inventory which I cannot sell. They have terrible customer service. Its unfortunate because they do have great selections of products, but their customer service is terrible. They dont treat you or your business like a partnership at all. Go try working with another supplier and you’ll see the huge difference in customer service. Try out vox nutrition they are way better.

GBTerrible customer service Decent products. Terrible communication and frankly respect for my teams time. When you're trying to close a deal for over 100k, we felt that the least you could do is offer the info and help needed. McDonald's employees have better customer service.
