GBDisappointing Experience with Supplement Manufacturing Partners Inc. (SMP) My experience with Supplement Manufacturing Partners Inc. (SMP) has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. As a small business owner, I entrusted SMP with the production of my products, but their lack of communication, delays, and unprofessionalism have caused me significant stress, financial loss, and inconvenience. From the outset, communication with SMP was poor. Despite repeated attempts to address concerns and seek clarification, responses were either delayed or nonexistent. The lack of transparency and accountability left me feeling unheard and undervalued as a customer. After paying the invoice in July 2023, the process only spiraled downhill. Delays in sample approval, unresponsive customer service, and vague promises about completion dates further exacerbated the situation. Despite assurances from SMP representatives, including Mike and John J. Riccobono, my order remains undelivered to this day. The prolonged delay in receiving my order has had severe consequences for my business. I have been unable to fulfill customer orders, resulting in lost revenue and damage to my reputation. Moreover, the stress and uncertainty caused by SMP's incompetence have taken a toll on my mental well-being. In addition to the lack of communication and delays, the attitude displayed by SMP representatives, particularly John J. Riccobono, was unprofessional and disrespectful. Despite my attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I was met with dismissiveness and arrogance. Overall, my experience with SMP has been a nightmare. Their failure to fulfill their obligations has not only caused financial hardship but also emotional distress. I urge other small business owners to exercise caution when dealing with SMP and to consider alternative options to avoid similar pitfalls. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and integrity displayed by SMP, and I hope that my review serves as a warning to others in the business community.

GBA breath of fresh air Love that their team consistently stays on top of orders and keeps us in the loop every step of the way. I’ve had problems with past manufacturers going silent on me or not completing orders on time, so this is a big deal for me.

GBI have a male enhancement brand and… I have a male enhancement brand and pricing is a key factor when manufacturing. Our last bid we included smp nutra and they came in far below other bidders. Their sales team service is very helpful as well.

GBTerrible customer service. Waited 3 months for order and they ignore emails. Experience with the place has been the worst Ive ever experienced. They were not responsive at all for any inquiries, and I had to also reach out multiple times to different people to get an answer. Also, I ordered a product from them which they told me the lead time was 6-8 weeks and I waited over 3 months constantly asking for updates. Not only with the delay, but they sold me a product that they knew was going to get banned by the FDA, so I am stuck with a bunch of inventory which I cannot sell. They have terrible customer service. Its unfortunate because they do have great selections of products, but their customer service is terrible. They dont treat you or your business like a partnership at all. Go try working with another supplier and you’ll see the huge difference in customer service. Try out vox nutrition they are way better.
