EXACTLY AS ORDERED The stencil items I requestED ARE exactly what I anticipated and ordered. Stencil Ease's product lineup is extensive and includes individual alpha and numeric characters in a large array of fonts, sizes and vinyl thickness. The size I ordered have adequate margins to allow for taping together for my use (curb marking of my house number). I will use their services for some future-planned projects.

Outstanding customer service My order arrived promptly and the stencil product worked out great. However, there was an issue with the packaging that caused a minor inconvenience. I took pictures and pointed it out to customer service, just to help them avoid that problem going forward. I didn't ask for any compensation. Alison took it upon herself to credit me back a generous portion of the order and thanked me for bringing the problem to their attention. That's great customer service!

Long story short...I contacted you on a Fri morning (10am west coast time) I needed a fire barrier stencil in Arizona the following Monday. You guys took the order, made the stencil, packaged it and shipped it that day. I believe it was in Arizona next day (Saturday).Just amazing service and I truly thank you.
