Outstanding customer service My order arrived promptly and the stencil product worked out great. However, there was an issue with the packaging that caused a minor inconvenience. I took pictures and pointed it out to customer service, just to help them avoid that problem going forward. I didn't ask for any compensation. Alison took it upon herself to credit me back a generous portion of the order and thanked me for bringing the problem to their attention. That's great customer service!

Durable stencils, but extras should be included with the high cost. Overall the stencils worked well and were heavy enough to withstand some light wind. Some of the directions are bit confusing because of miss prints and the wrong labels, such as 6R, 6L, 2R, and 2L being flip flopped. I also had to purchase a chalk line, plumb line, carpenters square and two cans of paint when other stencils supply these materials for a much lower cost. I also had to refer to the internet for a few measurements. The stencils do buckle after painting and in order to make the lines completely solid you have to use previously used stencils to fill in the gaps. It appears that the stencils will hold up to be used many times.

Good products. A couple of tips. We used the shuffle board and pickleball stencils. Both worked well. Suggestions: Do not use rollers. Paint bleeds if too much paint on roller. We switched to spray striping paint and it worked well. Use a cardboard box with hole cut in bottom to spray paint. This reduces overspray. Because pickleball stencils, are very thick you need to use masking paper or drop cloths to catch overspray that comes out from under your spray box.

Two were just text in my choice of size and font; and the other was a custom design that I sent via jpeg with a limited time crunch. I was pleased with both orders. The product quality as well as ease of ordering. Communication was good on both orders...I would definitely recommend this company.
