Long story short...I contacted you on a Fri morning (10am west coast time) I needed a fire barrier stencil in Arizona the following Monday. You guys took the order, made the stencil, packaged it and shipped it that day. I believe it was in Arizona next day (Saturday).Just amazing service and I truly thank you. Good products. A couple of tips. We used the shuffle board and pickleball stencils. Both worked well. Suggestions: Do not use rollers. Paint bleeds if too much paint on roller. We switched to spray striping paint and it worked well. Use a cardboard box with hole cut in bottom to spray paint. This reduces overspray. Because pickleball stencils, are very thick you need to use masking paper or drop cloths to catch overspray that comes out from under your spray box.

To start it took almost a week to ship… To start it took almost a week to ship my order then almost a week to arrive, and to find out your company forgot part of my paid order, then it took another week to ship, not next day air to help your paid customer, but 8 day slow ground that I still don't have.
