Good, fast, and reasonably priced They say you can't have good, fast and cheap together. The parts I ordered were delivered quickly. They measured just as I designed, and the glass filled nylon seems stiff enough for my application. All this at less than I would have paid elsewhere. I am very pleased, and I'll be back.

Multiple parts were out of spec with issues… Multiple parts were out of spec or had finish issues. Order arrived late after a batch of parts failed quality testing, yet somehow all of the other out of spec parts were still sent and had to be returned. Some parts were printed in the entirely wrong orientation from the images that were included specifically for orientation.

Quality decrease, looking elsewhere I’ve been using Jawstec for about 4 years. Recently I have seen a decrease in quality. Tumbling is no longer offered which is my preferred post-processing service. There have been a significant increase in print flaws which makes me think their quality standards have decreased. Customer service is not very friendly, attentive or quick to resolve these issues. I’m looking to move to another contractor for my parts
