NO STARS TOTAL RIPOFF! Ordered submitted in Oct 2011, not yet received, no answers to inquiries sent on their website. Nobody answers their phone, given message to leave a message then told that the mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I have now gone through the credit card company to receive a refund.

Superior quality products I bought Terra chips from planetrx.com last week for my son who needs a packed snack everyday for school. They sold in bulk. I'm usually very careful to where i purchase snacks for my kid because of quality issues. To my surprise, this website offered amazing discounts, fast shipping and the chips arrived in perfect shape. I'm a very happy mother.

Charged for order that didn't ship - no response to inquiry 4 weeks after my order, I finally got planetrx on the phone. They said the item was backordered for at least another 2 weeks. I had sent 2 email requests for updates to which I received no response. To be charged up front for an order that may never ship is completely unacceptable. I was told I would receive an email confirmation of the refund, which I have not. I was told the refund would ALSO take another 2 weeks. TERRIBLE.

Charged for an order that never shipped - no response to inquiries I am appalled at the total lack of responsibility to the customer. I was not notified my items were back ordered. Both inquiries I sent were ignored. This behavior by a vendor is woefully inadequate in today's economic environment. I would not order a band-aid from them if they shipped it air express! Jodie N.

Great Customer Service I ordered a couple bottles of my favorite body lotion and message oils from planetrx.com a week ago, my internet was down at home so i called in to their customer service asking them if I could place an order over the phone, the customer service representative helped me immediately without any questions and my order was at my front door a few days later. I had none of the problems or issues that was addressed by other reviews on this site. I'm very happy with their company, I certainly will be coming back for more in the future.
