I loved the glasses! I loved the glasses. Unfortunately, I couldn't comply with my part of the terms of our collaboration. I caught covid, had surgery, and was in and out of the hospital for a while. I absolutely loved the pair I selected. the quality was amazing and the prescription was perfect. I lost the glasses traveling a few months back and I totally miss them. Will order a new pair as soon as I get my new prescription.

Can't review what I haven't gotten I have not received my eyeglasses, and when I contact KoalaEye all I get are automated, generic replies, if I get any reply at all.

Where are my glasses? Firstly I really need these glasses Unfortunately they have not arrived. Koala eyes do not reply to my emails or phone calls. Tracking doesn't work so the only efficiency this company has is collection of payment and numerous requests for reviews. Just keep your customers informed !!
