I could not order the glasses I wanted… I could not order the glasses I wanted because customer service said rimless frames don't come in progressive lenses. Then why advertise it????

I perceived that you thought my lenses would be too thick in the material I had requested but I knew that when I initially ordered them. Really disappointed in what I received. Really disappointed in what I received. 20 days after placing my order I got a package with one pair of glasses with no magnification . I had ordered a diopter of1.75 for two pairs as part of a BOGO deal. I have contacted Koalaeye to initiate a return but have not received any response.

I ordered Readers and they made them… I ordered Readers and they made them for distance. I have sent two emails asking them to remake correctly but have not received a response so I ordered elsewhere.
