I perceived that you thought my lenses would be too thick in the material I had requested but I knew that when I initially ordered them. Please do not allow a customer to order something that is not available. Thank you

Quick response They contacted me quickly when I did an incorrect order for progressive sunglasses and help make a quick exchange of glasses. I like that they mail/ship to a mail box. Would like to see a better selection but for the price it is a good selection. I am excited to get my second pair of progressives from Koalaeye.com!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this… I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. I ordered my glasses over 21 days ago, selected standard shipping and I still have not received them. I have tried multiple times to contact the company but hear nothing back. On their website it says “order fulfilled” yet I’m tracking it on this random website and the website says my order is in Berlin. Not sure if I got scammed or not.

I ordered Readers and they made them… I ordered Readers and they made them for distance. I have sent two emails asking them to remake correctly but have not received a response so I ordered elsewhere.
