Unforgettable Experience as a first time customer!! Their customer service is excellent! Brandy worked with me and answered all of my questions. She was so kind in helping me navigate their site and customize my order to fit my needs. Both of my calls felt as if I was talking to a good friend who just so happened to own her own company. I am a start up company so my order was not a large order but she treated me with the dignity and respect of a corporation. I felt like they appreciated my business. My products arrived packaged with care in a timely manner. Their products are thick solid glass. Not the flimsy thin glass that you may find in stores. My go-to glass packaging company! I have ordered from Glassnow for now 6 years and decided to add my own review. To address other comments, yes, they do sell out of colors and it requires me to place my orders in advance to make sure my inventory is ready for my seasonal sales. I do the same with most of my wholesale suppliers as it makes sense for my business to plan most of the time 3 to 5 months ahead. I work with Glassnow because their customer service is second to none, their selection is growing consistently, and having been burned by Chinese suppliers, I find their price point very good for quality jars.

I need another place to buy what I need Place an order and next time I check the status they are out of stock. Check again and they are delayed another month. Totally unreliable.
