TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Do not shop here Absolutely horrible customer service. I received a notice my order shipped 2 weeks ago, however, the tracking number stated the order sat in "label created" for the entire 2 weeks. I had to contact customer service several times to finally get my order shipped. They refused to tell me where my order was, they only finally decided to actually ship it after I emailed and then treated me like I was stupid. They will try to call you a liar when you review them, if you order from them screenshot and save EVER interaction with them.

Never again In the process now of trying to find out where my order is I will be disputing the transaction if i don't hear from them TOMORROW!..UPS SAYS LABEL CREATED BUT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ORDER. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE...NO ONE ANSWERS PHONE.( Been calling for days)all to be sent to voicemail. I SENT EMAILS ALL JUST TO SAY SOMEONE WILL RESPOND WHEN THEY GET A CHANCE???? Needs a score of 0! Needs a score of 0! Sent the wrong fabric after a 5 week delay. I returned the fabric. Since then the company will not respond in any way. NO ANSWER ON PHONE NO CHAT RESPONSE NO ANSWER TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. All I want is proof that they issued the refund that they said they processed in January.
