Needs a score of 0! Needs a score of 0! Sent the wrong fabric after a 5 week delay. I returned the fabric. Since then the company will not respond in any way. NO ANSWER ON PHONE NO CHAT RESPONSE NO ANSWER TO MULTIPLE EMAILS. All I want is proof that they issued the refund that they said they processed in January.

Site Errors Prices went up within a two week period with no notice. Website glitches including ordering swatch samples turn into extra yardage. Message errors so couldn’t send it.

Great fabric options Was struggling finding fabric that I wanted/needed. Was thrilled with wide selection and great quality of fabrics and notions available at this site. My only complaint is how long it took to arrive. It took several weeks. Perhaps because I live far away in North western USA? As long as you are not expecting a quick turnaround you won’t be disappointed.

It took longer than I expected to… It took longer than I expected to receive my pillow form but I image with the pandemic - that was probably the problem. iFabric has great selections and the best prices.....A word to iFabric - Just be careful with your S&H - that's why Amazon is crushing it's competition. Very often I do find items cheaper on other sites compared to Amazon BUT when it comes to S&H - if it's out of line I will go right back to Amazon to make that purchase. I want to spread my business around - but consumers like me need your cooperation in doing so. Stop with the outrageous S&H.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Do not shop here Absolutely horrible customer service. I received a notice my order shipped 2 weeks ago, however, the tracking number stated the order sat in "label created" for the entire 2 weeks. I had to contact customer service several times to finally get my order shipped. They refused to tell me where my order was, they only finally decided to actually ship it after I emailed and then treated me like I was stupid. They will try to call you a liar when you review them, if you order from them screenshot and save EVER interaction with them.
