GBSHOULDN'T TAKE ORDERS IF THEY CANT FILL THEM. They need some real leadership. I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them. Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business. Terrible Communication.

GBI have been working with the amazing… I have been working with the amazing Manuel for the last 7 months and have had nothing less than 5 star service. We have been going back and forth for many months planning hats for our daughters wedding and I have been preoccupied due to being in the Cruise Line Business, which the pandemic caused havoc on...and Manuel has been nothing but patient and kind. The quality of the hats is absolutely fabulous and the creativity is the best I have ever seen. I can't wait for the wedding where we can bring them out onto the dance floor! GBStill waiting on a response Still waiting on a response from my email. Ordered a hat for my daughters 21st birthday on 3/5 and stated that it was to be delivered by 3/28. It did not arrive until 4/1 Completely missed my daughters 21st birthday!! Why ask when it is needed if you don’t fulfill the order in time. No response as of day 4/5/23.

GBDisappointed & No Integrity I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.
