Never delivered but made good on it Saw the episode on shark Tank when I came to the states ordered a hat. Didnt arrive before my departure and for unknown reasons they werent allowed back in their workplace til the day i was leaving. Offered to mail the hat overseas to me. I guess due to this pandemic i needed to allow for these types of things to happen. Manuel was very nice in his emails to me and they even refused to charge me the postage abroad.

Awesome Foam Hats Excellent service, the hat arrived earlier than expected and packaged well. I was provided with an email regarding when the item shipped along with a tracking number. I was well informed throughout. Awesome! Thanks. The hat itself was great to see and the fit was just right and I wore it that same night. I would definitely recommend others to buy one they have many hats to choose from. Good quality too.

Disappointed & No Integrity I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.

My order did not arrive in time My order did not arrive in time. When I contacted Foam Party Hats by email to cancel the order, I received a response within an hour or two letting me know that they refunded my credit card and could keep the order when it arrived. It arrived a few days after the event, and I loved them! I will definitely use this company in the future!
