SHOULDN'T TAKE ORDERS IF THEY CANT FILL THEM. They need some real leadership. I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them. Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business. Terrible Communication.

Excellent Excellent. 100% recommended. The date of our wedding was scheduled for 2020. Due to the pandemic, we have had to postpone it on 3 occasions. My deposit was in 2019, and from then until today, we have always been in communication with Manuel. Today we finally received our hats and we loved them! Disappointed & No Integrity I just have to say I am super disappointed in the customer service and failure to deliver on the owners word. I reached out way in advance for a custom order that I was told they could do. Then I follow the owners direction on when to place the order and a week before I need the order, owner tells me sorry can’t take custom orders we are too busy. I was excited to help a small business and was treated like I didn’t matter and with no integrity. I was even willing to and agreed to a $250 fee for a custom order. I guess I learned a valuable lesson. Trust and respect don’t matter these days with Foam Party Hats company.

Where is the Thread? I was so excited to find this hat, since I own my own embroidery business, for a party on July 27, 2023 in Texas. So disappointed in the quality and color. Looks like I received the end of the spool and you ran out of thread and black foam. The item I received, looks nothing like what was advertised. The party is in less than two weeks

Perfect Hat for someone becoming a citizen Hat looked exactly like the picture on the website. It also arrived on the date promised!!! The hat was fun looking but not gaudy - perfect for the celebration for someone becoming an USA citizen.
