When I contacted Foam Party Hats by email to cancel the order, I received a response within an hour or two letting me know that they refunded my credit card and could keep the order when it arrived. It arrived a few days after the event, and I loved them! I will definitely use this company in the future!

SHOULDN'T TAKE ORDERS IF THEY CANT FILL THEM. They need some real leadership. I ordered a hat and was given a date when they promised it would be done. It still hasn't showed up. Why would they make these promises when they know they cannot fill them. Recommendations are they get some real leadership in this company and not that phony TV big talk exaggerating their abilities to run a business. Terrible Communication.

Never delivered but made good on it Saw the episode on shark Tank when I came to the states ordered a hat. Didnt arrive before my departure and for unknown reasons they werent allowed back in their workplace til the day i was leaving. Offered to mail the hat overseas to me. I guess due to this pandemic i needed to allow for these types of things to happen. Manuel was very nice in his emails to me and they even refused to charge me the postage abroad.
