Gorgeous lighting from a reliable company Purchased a linear LED fixture for my dining room two years ago. Definitely a statement piece. Unfortunately one of the LED strips is fading. I phoned Vonn Lighting’s Customer Service and received an EXCELLENT response. I explained the issue to Andrew, and he was quite gracious. He asked that I email proof of purchase, describe the problem and send some photographs. I did, and in no time at all they shipped a replacement fixture.
