Light not as in pictures I like the lamp! But the light is not right... very white, sort of what they have in doctors' offices. I didn't notice the tone of light until I actually installed it, and when I called VONN they said I could not return it because it was not in "re-sellable condition", meaning they take better care of their sales than keeping their customers happy.

Great product & service but not so great illumination. Delivery was on-time and very well packaged. The product is beautiful and easy to install. The means to adjust the supporting cable height is ingenious. My only regret is that the level of illumination is less than desired. The dimmers we purchased separately were not even needed.

Do not buy from them I would not buy any light fixture from them. It is difficult it not impossible to get your money back if you receive a defect product. If you like their light fixture, looks like you can buy them from home depot. You would encounter much less hassle to return a defect product.

Replacement light fixture The process of ordering and receiving a replacement light fixture was fast and easy. The next test will be installing the light and then seeing how long it lasts. Hopefully, it will be longer than the original fixture, 2 1/2 years.
