My Flowtrend service experience was impressive. My Flowtrend service experience was fantastic. I needed valve parts identified and shipped over night. Kevin Nguyen found the correct parts and was able to get them packaged and to UPS for overnight shipment. I called Kevin very late in the day which makes this level of service all the more impressive.
