Mystery solved. I was looking for a part and didn't have a part number. I wasn't even sure about the machine it went to. I called and tried to explain but wasn't getting the right info across. Undeterred the staff requested a few photos of the mystery part and replied back very quickly with the correct item and a better price than I was expecting. They saved the day! Thanks!
