Well worth the scary price! I was hesitant about the price but holy cow did this thing work amazing. We have three big tress with tiny blossoms that fall and literally cover the turf. A couple passes with this machine and it was literally back to looking brand new.. Extremely happy with this purchase so far! Wish I was able to post pics to show results

This Machine did exactly what it was intended to do and More.… This Machine did exactly what the reviews and Presentation describe that it could do and more. It was easy to assemble, easy to operate, and performed too it's capability & intent of what it was intended to do all at the same time. I was overwhelmed with its performance and its results, investment well 😵 spent, I have no regrets. Thank You for such an magnificent and enjoyable piece of equipment....

Better way of cleaning artificial turf! We needed some help cleaning our artificial turf from leaves and small seed pods and purchased the Turfmatic 380 Artificial Grass Sweeper 2 in 1-1800w. It is working great! It's a bit loud, but does the job. It not only saves us cleanup time, but does a better job than our hand rake and blower. We do recommend it for sweeping and raking up the leaves. BTW this is not a vacuum, it's a stiff plastic rotating brush.

Indoor Training Facility We are a nonprofit indoor girls' fastpitch training facility. When looking for a product to keep up on our 11,000 sq ft turf area clean, after a little research we ended up purchasing the Turfmatic. We have only used it a couple of times. So far so good! The amount of dirt that it has picked up that is embedded into the turf is incredible. It leaves the turf looking "Perked"up. Based on our use of 2x, I would recommend this product for artificial turf. Remember, It is electric and you will need a long extension cord for a large surface.

Customer Service is lacking. Customer service is non-existent. We purchased the incorrect product and were inquiring on how to exchange it for the one we meant to purchase. After calling the toll free # that directs callers to send an email (why have a toll free # at all?), we sent an email and received one reply asking for additional information. We responded and then did not receive a reply, even after a second follow up email was sent. Look, I get it if you can't make it happen for us but communicating this to close the loop would have been appreciated and respectful. And we bought the extended warranty...so now I worry if anyone will respond if we ever need it. The sweeper product works fine and lifts the turf nicely. I am not sure about the design that kicks back everything on the person mowing. Wear long pants and glasses for protection and the mower should be fine. Which, BTW, is how we realized we wanted the sweeper vacuum product vs. the sweeper we purchased. Our work around is to use a shop vacuum to pick up the pile made by the sweeper. It would have been nice to do it all in one step. Moral of the story. Don't buy direct from the manufacturer. Buy from Amazon so you have some recourse.
