GBYour website makes purchase difficult. We first tried your products last year. We were pleased with the product and decided to buy more this year. Purchasing your products online is frustrating. I spent an hour trying to buy two spotlights on Saturday 3/2/24. I was unable to put in a different shipping address than the billing address. I tried getting an answer from the chat bot. it was not answered. I was so aggravated that I was moving on to another manufacturer. I decided to try calling help line. If it wasn't for the customer support person going above and beyond to help me, I would have never used your company again. Her name is Desiree. We like your product, but to purchase your product on the website is a nightmare. It makes me reluctant to buy from you again.

GBI appreciated the company stepping in… I appreciated the company stepping in to make sure I had the items I need and to answer any questions. We are only at the order phase so time will tell how the overall experience goes. So far so good! p.s. thanks for the discount...

GBDesiree has been extremely pleasant Desiree has been extremely pleasant, attentive and helpful getting us started up with Feniex. She definitely made a sometimes difficult process much easier. It is hard to find good help these days. Please let her know she was a joy to deal with!

GBOrdered 1 product, got a different one delivered. Ordered & paid for 4x fusion amber 6-led light heads online at feniex.com, instead got shipped 4x amber T-3’s. I’m running a business so I don’t have time to play customer service email/phone tag & mess with shipping so I just went out and bought all whelen lights at a local distributor/installer instead. I guess i’ll put my new unwanted t-3’s (that I overpaid for) on my atv/ flatbed trailer or something one day since they are now just sitting on the shelf in my shed.
