GBI spoke to Desiree on March 1 about… I spoke to Desiree on March 1 about needing to find out if the Fusion V3s from 2020 where the same firmware as the fusion S series lights. I sent her a picture of the front of the light and she said she knew what I needed. Apparently not. She had 2 lights made for me and I paid $59 each plus almost $30 in shipping. And the lights I received are the old cobra T6 firmware. I made sure of this. I have several if the old cobra t6 light in my shop. And they synced perfect with them but not the ones I need them to sync with. So needs to say I’m out the time and supplies I used to start an install I can’t finish at this time. My customer and myself are really disappointed. I have used Feniex lights for almost 10 years now. I even convinced my Fire Department to install all Feniex lights and sirens on our new quick response vehicle. When majority of the guys and gals on my department use another name brand. I need to know what can be done to get this fixed ASAP so I can get this truck put back together.

GBVery unimpressive This is the first time I used this company, not impressed!! Customer service is sub-par. As a new customer who spent a significant amount of money and was not satisfied to say the least and got the run around on multiple occasions!

GBInnovation at it's ALMOST brightest Pros: great equipment for volunteer first responders, security professionals, construction and specialty govt units. The idea is there and it's highly promising. Cons: CEO is focused on cranking out hits rather than perfecting already great products, needs more flash patterns, more vehicle specific products, external flashing capability (data wire products), handheld feniex one controller, offer a typhoon with boosted output amperage so there's no need for external relays. 👍

CAWhat an ordeal Probably the worst experience i have had with vehicle lighting, I ordered 19 surface mount lights and within weeks of installation they started to burn out. The lights were full of moisture and stopped working, the lights came from 3 different orders so I'm skeptical the replacement lights won't have the same issues. Stay tuned and we will see what happens after I send these back and get the replacements
