My light broken after 5 month of use… My light broken after 5 month of use (X3 OWL). I communicate Wuben team and they helped to me really quickly. I have sended video of problem and Wuben team just shipped a replacement. Quick and professional communication. Replasment received really quickly. About 7 days. I like my OWL X3. Great flashlight. Why broken I don't know, but Wuben team are professionals and ready to help.

Torch is good Torch is good. Small size good for keychain. Problem is received from custom. Torch was going to custom and need to send a lot of paper to show how much i pay for torch. Actually was give from Wuben, but preparation and e-mail to receive my torch is absolutely not good. I order a lot of stuff from China and never go to custom. Torch is great but delivery is not recommended at all.

I really like their lights I really like their lights. They have some very unique designs. Was concerned about durability when a couple of lights I recently purchased had issues. But customer service was great about helping me get it taken care of. Overall, a very positive experience. I definitely will be buying from them again.

Love Wuben flashlights Wuben makes excellent flashlight. Beautiful design, high quality and perfect materials like titanium, cooper or aluminium. After my order the Chinese new year holidays started so the delivery took longer than described on their website.

Give more blinking modes, you are the best Lightok X3: This is possibly the best light in this size. I use it for a week, will see how it will be in terms of durability it needs years of usage so i cannot comment this. The only two things that i miss straight out of the box is a second non-rapid blink mode for the white light and an average speed blink mode for the red light so as it can be used with bike or scooter while driving on the road as a rear red light during the day Given this light is so great and feature packed i am confused how is this possible to be missed.
