I bought an X1 I bought an X1. Lovely lamp, very good indeed. It is as would be expected very heavy, which I expect is why the clip on the end of the lanyard failed (just snapped) after about three months. I was crossing a footbridge with the lamp hanging round my neck, it went in the river. Unrecoverable, a real shame. I sent the picture of lanyard and broken clip to Wuben but all they gave me was a discount on a replacement lamp. I asked but they absolutely would not replace the lamp, even though it was their lamp and their lanyard and their clip. In response to their reply to this review - the way for Wubenlight to make this good would be for them to refund the 50%. Nice product, shame about the after sales support.

Great customer service, just slow delivery times My light didn't work, about every day or every other day we had correspondence and I had to provide video evidence for their troubleshooting methods, and then they just shipped a replacement. Hassle-free. It's just that the replacement shipping seems to be of lower priority so it took quite a while to come in. Anywhere from 15-30 days. I got mine in about 20.

VERY Slow Shipping After Ignoring Immediate Order Cancellation Ordering system required full payment info before verifying coupon codes. Emailed to cancel order immediately. Ava did not reply until it was "shipped." However, tracking info showed the carrier had not received the package yet. Ava did not reply to message showing they only printed a shipping label. Several weeks later, the unwanted package arrived and Ava immediately replied that it was delivered! Avoid this dishonest seller. Let's see if they honor their return policy.

Torch is good Torch is good. Small size good for keychain. Problem is received from custom. Torch was going to custom and need to send a lot of paper to show how much i pay for torch. Actually was give from Wuben, but preparation and e-mail to receive my torch is absolutely not good. I order a lot of stuff from China and never go to custom. Torch is great but delivery is not recommended at all.
