This was my 3rd order with Tileclub and… This was my 3rd order with Tileclub and every time I got the best service and product. When my last order was delivered the rain was pouring outside and I was so worried that my paper mounted mosaics will get all wet. But the pallet was shrink wrapped so well that not even a single drop of rain got onto the boxes. The mosaics which I ordered look great and I am so excited to see it once installed.

After I described what I wanted she directed me to to the multiple product pages and once I made couple selections she even sent me pictures of actual tiles that I will receive. I ordered wood look recycled glass… I ordered wood look recycled glass mosaic from Tileclub a week before Christmas and received it just in 3 days! All I had to do is to tell Samantha from customer service that I wanted my tile installed before Christmas. And she made sure that my order ships the same day. I wish every online store could provide this kind of exceptional customer service! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

Outstanding Customer Support Working with Tile Club has been pretty incredible. Samples came as actual size, are affordable and delivered quickly. I found the perfect tile and ordered a box (this too was delivered within a week of ordering). I had managed to mess up on the amount of tile I needed for the project, finding myself a few tiles short. I sent a quick email to the support team explaining my predicament (and my tight budget). They responded promptly with understanding and generously provided a courtesy discount for a second box. I'm happy, my client's wallet is happy, and I recommend them to anyone!

I returned unused tile I returned unused tile, they miscounted and did not give me full credit. When I informed them, they basically accused me of lying but "this" time would go ahead and give me credit, then they shorted me $5 because of taking the 15% discount off the already reduced resocking 15% price. Ordered $3000 of tile and one plate was even the wrong patterned tile. Will never order from this company again and will spread the word!
