After I described what I wanted she directed me to to the multiple product pages and once I made couple selections she even sent me pictures of actual tiles that I will receive. I can’t imagine getting this kind of service anywhere else. Thank you!!!

Prettiest Tile Ever! This is truly the prettiest tile I’ve ever seen. I’ve had it for almost two months and I can’t stop smiling every time I enter my master bathroom. It’s stunning, and everything I wanted; we specifically have the Emporio Green Onyx and Emporio Green Onyx Mosaic. I went through *so many* samples from other tile companies before finding Tile Club…and my only regret is that I didn’t find them sooner! We ended up using Tile Club for all 3 bathroom renovations, as not only were their tiles superior, but their customer service was also superb! We are so incredibly impressed and will continue to purchase from them for all our tile needs.

I ordered wood look recycled glass… I ordered wood look recycled glass mosaic from Tileclub a week before Christmas and received it just in 3 days! All I had to do is to tell Samantha from customer service that I wanted my tile installed before Christmas. And she made sure that my order ships the same day. I wish every online store could provide this kind of exceptional customer service! I will definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

The tile is beautiful The tile is beautiful! Luna sky subway tiles is what I purchased they all came fairly quickly and there were some broken tiles but customer service was excellent and they're sending replacement tiles. Make sure to inspect your tiles right away looking at boxes ect (taking pictures)72 hours to report damage. Amy
