False Advertisment on Site I inquired regarding product SKU: TCROCIGRNI2040 and spoke with Samantha T. and wanted to order 1 full sheet 20"x40" and was informed they don't sell full sheets. I took a screenshot of the message on their site that says you can order "1 full sheet or box" but the only option available is to place an order for the 4"x5" sample size or box. I don't think they should be able to say you can order 1 full sheet when in fact you cannot.

I had a great experience I had a great experience. I was worried about choosing my tile online without being able to see larger quantities of it in person. I ordered several samples before making the final decision. I found Tile Club to have a great selection and love my new backsplash. I was concerned about the delivery, but it went off without a hitch. The driver called before my appointment like I requested and was very pleasant.

Samples are so useful! I am glad Tileclub offers an option of buying samples before ordering the tile. The fist couple samples which I ordered looked nothing like I expected and it saved me a lot of trouble. I ordered more samples 2nd time and found a perfect tile for my kitchen. Both times my samples arrived in just 2 days and were packed very well.

And I’m going back for more to tileclub! This time for my bathroom remodel. Excellent staff and service to add to that. They even helped me load tiles to my car directly from their warehouse.
