GBI was robbed of $59.99 A scam I was robbed of $59.99 A scam. Visa credited it back so I though it was good but then they reversed that. Was mugged of $60.

GBReally do not want to be negative but, Really do not want to be negative but, Apparently the wrong item got shipped to a different address. I have reached out through their contact at the website, email, text and tried to call with no answer. It would be nice to have some response at this point before contacting my credit card company for resolution.

GBFake company Rich’s Boat Parts is a Fake company out of Singapore! If you ordered from them call your credit card fraud department! They verify order, say it shipped and give a fake tracking number. Has nothing to do with Rich’s Mobile Outboard Repair.

GBPlaced order ,received confirmation… Placed order ,received confirmation email, they charged my CC. No further contact, no answer to email, no tracking or shipping info. Wish i had looked at this trust pilot rating before ordering. SCAM, SCAM SCAM!
