GBThis is a scam business This is a scam business: they send orders to a random address in your area so that the tracking number gives you a delivered status! There is no merchandise being sent. They have been reported to the US government and to Master Card Credit Card service! Do not order from this scam business; look up the address and you can see it is not a business!

GBFake company Rich’s Boat Parts is a Fake company out of Singapore! If you ordered from them call your credit card fraud department! They verify order, say it shipped and give a fake tracking number. Has nothing to do with Rich’s Mobile Outboard Repair.

GBMerchandise ordered was not delivered Merchandise ordered was not delivered. Recieved no response to multiple attempts to contact merchant. Website lists physical address in Kissimmee, FL, phone # is in Utah (rings busy continually), and credit card charge is listed in Singapore.

There are no phone numbers or no return emails or texts . I have disputed this order with my cc company. I will pursue with the better business burrow unless this is remedied.

GBDon't trust this company Don't trust this company, too many red flags. Click on any items on their web page, the item sold count keeps changing back/forth. The phone number 24/7 never reachable, when called, always gets a busy signal. When in the support mode, the number switches to text only but always has a busy sound on a text-able phone? so weird. And even when texted never get a text back. When ordering an item, a bogus FedEX tracking is provided a few hours after. When you call the FedEX to verify, it won't be under your name. Email said they would respond back within 20 hours but never did. If you place an order good luck ever getting the items. Beware, this company is unreliable. Buy at your own risk.
