However , Jordan and his staff are well above a 5 star rating . Jordan is informative and actually takes the time to help you select the correct product for your project . Even with all the supply chain issues that we all see around the world, Jordan's communication was amazing . An e mail was sent as soon as a shipping label was created and the tracking began . The product was the real genuine Warming Trends product. No knock offs here. I look forward to doing business with Direct Fire Pits in the future.

Do not try to buy from them Do not try to buy from them. I placed an order for a square 36” fire pit kit in January and I February they said they’re out of stock and won’t be getting any soon. I replied back to them that I can wait never got a response. 2 week later they increased the price by $300 online. Don’t buy from them they’re trying to up their prices to take advantage of supply and demand.

Took money then….. silence I bought a fire pit Sat Jan 8th. I’ve tried to contact you numerous times via email, phone and text. I haven’t gotten a response. I would like to add a face plate but at this point in thinking about canceling my order and going elsewhere. You took my payment immediately and then disappeared. Very suspicious and I’m NOT a happy customer.
