GBExcellent Customer Service Response First time ever, I received the wrong order. Size sent was 17"x25"x1". Mine were supposed to be 20"x21.5"x1". I called them and they apologized and said that they would immediately send out the replacements. So the rating is the middle ground. 5 stars on the customer service and 1 star for the original order. Great Company to work with and excellent products. Update: The replacement filters arrived four days later.

GBAbsolutely great customer service Absolutely great customer service. I purchased six MERV13 filters before learning that the filter could damage my HVAC because the motor wasn't strong enough to handle them. Four months later I called FilterBuy on the off chance that I could return them for credit. The customer service rep was was not only friendly, she gave me a total refund. I offered to return them at my expense, and she told me to donate them, which I did.

GBGood experience all around 1 - Ordering and fulfillment - excellent. Product went out same day and was delivered next day (I'm just one state away). 2 - Customer service - excellent. Fedex mis-delivered to some place I still don't know where - nothing recognizable in Fedex's photo. Constance researched while I was on the phone, shipped out again within an hour or two, and replacement shipment arrived next day. (This Fedex driver must have had a GPS.) 3 - Size of product. I read the complaints before I ordered. The complaints don't seem valid. First, the actual size is plainly stated. Second, before I ordered I measured one of the 12x12x1 filters I already had (different brand) and IT TOO was 11.75x11.75x0.75, so this seems to be a standard. Maybe not the universal standard, but filters fit the duct opening just fine.

Was given the same song and dance another reviewer was, that it is my fault that I did not measure and that not making the filters to the correct size “is industry standard” Be warned 1) Any returns require YOU THE CUSTOMER to pay shipping 2)They record all calls but never inform you of that 3)They are unable to take responsibility or blame for even the smallest thing they do wrong NEVER BUY FROM THEM! GBGood Customer Service I love that I can get these filters when places I go to run out but they didn't package or box these for protection. They just tightly shrunk wrapped them in plastic w/ a label and that's it. UPS delivered mine today and one of the outside ones was crushed, which I suppose was their fault, not the company. These filters are delicate so to be shipped, unpackaged w/ a tight shrink wrap on a UPS truck with heavy boxes can be problematic. I'm so disappointed however, the company did reach out to make things right and I respect that. I initially put a one star review but that's not fair. I give them 5 now because their customer service is on top of it not to mention they monitor their reviews. I'll order again from them. Second chances are always a good thing.
