GBExcellent service by MoreFilter Support personnel At first I was concerned because there was no email confirming my purchase but my credit card was charged. Then my attempt to add air filters to the shipment was delayed because ATT/Yahoo placed a Support email in Junk on my iPad. Finally, after back and forth emails, the shipment was on its way. As scheduled, FedEx said the delivery was made, however, it was not received. Support was contacted and a replacement shipment was on its way. This time it was delivered thanks to Support’s actions.

GBI purchased the wrong filters for my… I purchased the wrong filters for my refrigerator. When I requested a refund they told me they will not take them back because I made a mistake in ordering. They offered me a discount on the right filters and told me I should sell the originals on line myself. This is why I HATE buying online. Retailers cannot be held to account and you cannot touch, see and verify your purchase ahead of time. So now, I’m stuck with the wrong product. I will make all my future filter purchases at local retail stores.

GBBeware of PayPal problems. I ordered 12 (6 at a time) fridge filters delivered to 2 different locations. My initial order could not have been better. The second was problematic. I ordered them for my Mother-in-law and wanted them delivered to a different residence. PayPay caused a delivery glitch. when I opted to use a credit card they were delivered to the right place.

GBQuickly replaced lost order Original shipment was lost, a replacement order was shipped and received quickly. Filters fit as expected and they are very economical if you're looking for filters that meet NSF/ANSI 42 standard (taste/color/odor). Will purchase again when needed.

GBGood Experience I'm pretty sure this company is being targeted with bad reviews. Do your homework and actually look at the bad reviews...they seem bogus. I ordered 2 filters for my whirlpool refrigerator. They arrived in a week. Fit perfectly, and seem to be working well. At first I thought that maybe I had been "had" since I didn't get an email from the company stating my items had shipped. I emailed them, got a quick response, and my filters arrived that same day. Upon further review of my emails, the shipping notification actually had been sent via PayPal. This company has responded quickly to every inquiry I've had and I pleased with my experience and purchase.
