GBPoor Service Deserves Honest Poor Reviews I have the same problem as the other people that wrote poor reviews. I had and still have an ongoing problem with wrong product, lack of communication on their part, not doing what they said they would do, not caring about refunding my money when they said they would, extremely slow service, and seemingly just not giving a damn. I am now going through PayPal investigation to get a refund. I have nothing against this business but this review fits the service they have given.

GBAwesome website! Awesome website!! When so many others websites lie about inventory, won't communicate, and blame Covid-19 for their inability to get you your orders, the people at MyGreenOutdoors delivered on every promise and date while keeping me completely informed with daily emails. This is how a quality business is run. I can't tell you what a joy it is to do business with a honest company. Look forward to doing business with them again.

GBThere seems to be a pattern here There seems to be a pattern here . Ordered item on line said in stock got email confirming order. Checked order 2 days later it said waiting for fulfillment. Checked item and still said in stock. This is where it gets no good could not get any communication Not answering phone or chat on their site . Don’t know how you can charge someone for items with no ship date . Dealing with credit card to back out charge. Won’t recommend them to do business with or do business with. When I cannot get communication for 5 days after I have been charged I have no choice but to write this. This seller is still lying do not use

GBDon't buy here Don't buy here, not trustworthy, very poor customer service. I canceled a product I had on backorder somewhere else and was not available from any other vendor. Their site showed they had 7 in stock. As soon as I made my order and they had charged my card I got an e-mail saying they were back-ordered. I called customer support numerous times, all but the last time going to voicemail. The last time I was put on eternal hold and finally got some jackwagon that has no clue what customer service means. As a side note other more trustworthy sites will not charge your card until they actually ship the product.

GBCommunication bust I ordered a Minn Kota Terrova from here 2 months over 2 months ago. For the first 2 calls they were quick to answer the phone and respond to questions. They have not answered the phone or responded in the last 5 days which is unacceptable. The reason this is a problem is I had another trollling motor I wanted to buy and wanted to cancel my order before buying this one. Still have not heard from them and I am sure the other is gone. I know they are hard to get right now and that is not their fault but I will never order from them again because of this issue.
