GBThis company has exceeded all expectations- 5* service This company has exceeded all expectations. I had ordered an imperative part for our trailer pod on Thursday Oct. 21. Again with no expectation of it arriving by Monday the 25th, which was when we needed to arrive. Especially since you can not even guarantee a letter these days to arrive in two days. By the way they gave me no guarantee! But they did research all the their warehouses to find the closet one that had this part( which was like chasing a unicorn- Amazon had it out of stock till November). That said this 85lbs trailer plate hitch not only arrived on Monday but it arrived by 12:30! If you want genuine knowledgeable people to help you with your RV parts - I would highly recommend RV part shop! Additionally no shipping charge was added. Thank you to RV Shop For saving our holiday! 🤩🤩🤩

GBZero responsiveness. A $5000 order has been "processing" for… A $5000 order has been "processing" for about 3 weeks. No other details or ETA. No response to ticket that was created (other than an automated acknowledgement). No one responds to phone calls/messages left. Apparently no way to cancel order online.
