I was looking for a bath faucet with diverter and shower head ... I was looking for a bath faucet for the travel trailer. It was my first experience with RV Part Shop & customer service advised how I could access the catalog online & even directed me right where I needed to look. From there, it was quite easy to find what I needed and place the order. The parts arrived at our home quicker than expected - they're already installed and we're ready to go camping!

This company has exceeded all expectations- 5* service This company has exceeded all expectations. I had ordered an imperative part for our trailer pod on Thursday Oct. 21. Again with no expectation of it arriving by Monday the 25th, which was when we needed to arrive. Especially since you can not even guarantee a letter these days to arrive in two days. By the way they gave me no guarantee! But they did research all the their warehouses to find the closet one that had this part( which was like chasing a unicorn- Amazon had it out of stock till November). That said this 85lbs trailer plate hitch not only arrived on Monday but it arrived by 12:30! If you want genuine knowledgeable people to help you with your RV parts - I would highly recommend RV part shop! Additionally no shipping charge was added. Disappointed - no longer (updated) Update: I was able to reach a representative and was given an update on my order so I think it was just their tracking system that did not update. My order is ready for me to pick up. Yes! I have yet to receive my order. I called two days ago and left a message with no return call.
