GBCould be a scam This is the first review I've written about a company or product, but I'm worried I've been scammed. It's been two weeks since I placed an order with Hempsi, and there hasn't been any update. I have tried to call multiple times to no avail. I have also emailed several times with no response. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I would look around at other companies. *UPDATE 9/15/23* Immediately after I posted the earlier review, I received an email in the middle of the night from Hempsi, saying they would look into the situation in the morning. Sure enough, I got a call in the morning. It turns out there was a strange shipping situation. Hempsi took care of my order immediately and even sent it next day air. Here we are less than two days later and I received my order. The products are great. Very happy with the service and would now highly recommend this company.

GBSomething is different… UPDATE: The CEO of Hempsi read my review and contacted me immediately. He was apologetic that no one from customer service had responded to my initial concern. He is also sending me a replacement order and different products to try for my anxiety. I appreciate his response. This last order I received tastes and smells different from any other Hempsi I’ve ever had. It even burns my throat when I swallow it. I emailed the company a week ago to let them know and ask if the formulary had changed, and no one has responded. I have been a faithful Hempsi user for over 3 years, but I will be moving on.
