I found that they were not of the same quality so I found the Hempsi web site and ordered directly. I like the product, I got free shipping and my order arrived in just a couple of days. GBCould be a scam This is the first review I've written about a company or product, but I'm worried I've been scammed. It's been two weeks since I placed an order with Hempsi, and there hasn't been any update. I have tried to call multiple times to no avail. I have also emailed several times with no response. I'm very unhappy with this purchase. I would look around at other companies. *UPDATE 9/15/23* Immediately after I posted the earlier review, I received an email in the middle of the night from Hempsi, saying they would look into the situation in the morning. Sure enough, I got a call in the morning. It turns out there was a strange shipping situation. Hempsi took care of my order immediately and even sent it next day air. Here we are less than two days later and I received my order. The products are great. Very happy with the service and would now highly recommend this company.

GBNo Response To 3 Emails? I did a decent amount of research into CBD products looking for high quality recently third-party tested products. In my search I found Hempsi, and their products looked pretty good and they have a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that is decently recent (no QR code only problem). The site looks legit and their products looked promising so I subscribed to their Broad Spectrum CBD 0.0% THC (50mg). After trying it for a few weeks or so I did not feel much of a difference. I feel like it was helping a little but I am not sure if it is just placebo. Anyways, on September 10 it re-subscribed. I realized later that night (like 3am lol) and canceled the subscription then emailed them for a refund almost immediately since I wasn't really feeling much of a difference and I was low on money so I thought it would probably be better to just save the money. I emailed late on a Sunday (technically Monday morning) so I knew they wouldn't answer immediately. They didn't answer for 3 days so I responded to my email. The next day I responded with a new email, and it has now been 11 days and I still have NO RESPONSE. Before the third email I checked the order and it said it was ready for shipping and to be delivered soon.. I was trying to cancel before that. I'm assuming they are trying to ignore me so I give up and just keep the product without refunding, as many companies are scummy and do that, but I am no ordinary customer. Are all their products bad? I cannot say, they may have some good products. Their products aren't nano so they will not absorb as well, so maybe I am just not absorbing enough for my tolerance or taking it right. Are they a good, ethical, trustworthy company? I am now starting to question that, although, I hope not. Possibly my emails slipped by, but it is less likely that is the case, but still a chance nonetheless. EDIT: I will be raising from 2 stars to 3 as the Co-Founder emailed me apologizing and issued a refund right away, and without asking let me keep the shipment I already had so at least something is being done and I'm still not being ignored. Plus they responded pretty quickly this time.
