Further frustrated by a 3-week delivery time as it was then shipped from the USA to the UK. Standard e-commerce practice dictates that shipping and risk of taxes, and import costs should be adivsed of at the point of purchase. In the case of Wild West pool supplies did not show this information anywhere through the purchase process. They then do NOT say its coming from anywhere outside of the resident country so the buyer is left unaware. They hide behind having a one liner buryed in their T's & C's. This is contraty to US and EU advice.

Item was received in a timely manner… Item was received in a timely manner and was as described. I noticed that the rubber/plastic grommet where the wiring goes in is broken so won't stay in. Not sure if this will cause an issue over time with moisture getting inside. I am going to email company to ask about options. So far so good though.

This is an amazing company This is an amazing company, their prices are so much better then Amazon or eBay and the shipping to NC was only 3 days from day order was placed. I will continue to use Wild West for all my pool and hot tub parts.

Received the part but it was...... Ordered a part but was later told that the part advertised had been discontinued. I was offered an alternative replacement that appears similar to what I needed. It was suggested that I consult a local professional tech before deciding to make sure that the part would work for me. Thankfully the part worked.

Wild West Pools will now be my first stop for future pool needs. My Hayward skimmer basket uses an elastic-secured filter sock with reinforced side holes to accommodate a metal rod for locking and unlocking the basket in place, and lifting it out for cleaning. When I needed a new one, the pool supply places I checked out did not have one in stock. A web search brought me to Wild West Pool Supplies. A couple of clicks and my filter socks (I bought an extra one) were on the way. They kept me apprised of my order all the way through delivery. Fast and easy.
