Received the part but it was...... Ordered a part but was later told that the part advertised had been discontinued. I was offered an alternative replacement that appears similar to what I needed. It was suggested that I consult a local professional tech before deciding to make sure that the part would work for me. Thankfully the part worked.

Real company that is dependable. I felt the company was legitimate based on its realistic prices. I was a little nervous by the emails after indicating they were checking to see if the items were in stock, because I hate people who list things for sale that aren't in stock. Turns out it was all for nought as parts were received quickly!

WildWest Pool Cowboys: Not advised of import costs and taxes… Not advised of import costs and taxes meaning that the price paid is nowhere near competitive. Further frustrated by a 3-week delivery time as it was then shipped from the USA to the UK. Standard e-commerce practice dictates that shipping and risk of taxes, and import costs should be adivsed of at the point of purchase. In the case of Wild West pool supplies did not show this information anywhere through the purchase process. They then do NOT say its coming from anywhere outside of the resident country so the buyer is left unaware. They hide behind having a one liner buryed in their T's & C's. This is contraty to US and EU advice.

I agreed and got the “Made in China” replacement. It is what it is, but since just a filter, figure it will work fine for a while. A well orchestrated bait and switch game…

A part I needed was not in stock A part I needed was not in stock, even though it said "in stock" on the product page. I added some other things to my order and now have received all of them, except for the out of stock item, which still showed in stock after I was told it was not. Also, there was no padding or packing material to protect a strainer basket I ordered, but it doesn't seem to be damaged???
