GBI got what I wanted, packaging could be better. I got exactly what I needed, but it took a long time to finally ship and the packaging was really not as secure and protected as I would have preferred. The box was really beat up and looked resealed and the parts were just loose inside.

GBA part I needed was not in stock A part I needed was not in stock, even though it said "in stock" on the product page. I added some other things to my order and now have received all of them, except for the out of stock item, which still showed in stock after I was told it was not. Also, there was no padding or packing material to protect a strainer basket I ordered, but it doesn't seem to be damaged???

GBAll went smooth All went smooth. Although first item said it was in stock and it was back ordered after that snafu all went smooth. They communicated the issue fast and responded quickly. They found another part that was the same and we changed my order. All and all impressed and would purchase again.

GBRight after I placed my order Right after I placed my order, my pool service told me I ordered the wrong part. Three times within 12 hours I reached out to support@wildwestpoolsupplies to CANCEL the order #356241 with no response until after the part shipped. Only then did Hannah reply with a note saying it is too late to cancel the order and I must refuse the order upon delivery. If I am unable to do so at that time then they would have to arrange for a return which I would have to pay for. Total Crap !!!
