A great pergola at a very fair price The experience of buying our pergola was great from start to finish. The salespeople were all very helpful with our questions, the quality of the pergola was top-notch, and it was extremely well protected for shipping without a single piece being damaged in any way. Installation was easy with me and a friend putting it together, and the louvers and gutter system work great. If I could alter anything it would be to offer a 10' x 16' size as well as the 10' x 13', but not a deal breaker. Love the powder coated finish as well. Would highly recommend BON Pergola.

Shipping and Service I would say a 3 and this does not have to do with the quality of the product. This has to do with the communication of when the product was coming and also the shipping. The shipping of the product and the way it's stated online is ridiculous. It says they will deliver it and I am responsible for moving it to the location which is fine. The fact that I had to un crate it take it off the truck was no where in the instructions. Also, there was a $100 charge to get a flatbed to drop it in the driveway. I am very disappointed in the entire process. I would like someone to contact me because it was the worst experience I have ever had . Also spending $7k to have service like this was crazy I have bought plenty of things for more or less than this amount and it was 100 times better.
