GBA great pergola at a very fair price The experience of buying our pergola was great from start to finish. The salespeople were all very helpful with our questions, the quality of the pergola was top-notch, and it was extremely well protected for shipping without a single piece being damaged in any way. Installation was easy with me and a friend putting it together, and the louvers and gutter system work great. If I could alter anything it would be to offer a 10' x 16' size as well as the 10' x 13', but not a deal breaker. Love the powder coated finish as well. Would highly recommend BON Pergola.

GBShipping I was told I would be notified when the product shipped and I was not. I had to call and found out it had already been shipped. When I received the product the boxes were tore up and the pallets were broken.
