Changed review !!!! I have called Hydrafil for a week now and have never received a return call. I ordered 2 of an item and received 6 and I want to get it cleared up. After I posted this, they called me within minutes and resolved the problem. Tremendous customer service. I am really pleased. They had a new phone system installed, and that was the problem.

Filter Cross Reference I bought a piece of machinery that is made in Italy and I couldn't cross reference the hydraulic filter (IKRON). I was able to contact hydrafil and they were able to find a filter for me that works.

Excellent service after I had… Excellent service after I had mistakenly ordered the wrong filters. I got a RMA by email after I called on the phone (they answered right away). I reordered the correct filters and they arrived in a couple of days. Thank you for overlooking my blunder. Shout out to Matt in customer service.
