I cannot speak highly enough about Mrs. Gilbreath. She made the process so easy. I was completely surprised on how good their customer service is. Mrs. Gilbreath walked me through the process and was available for every question I had. At the end, there was no doubt I was making the right decision. Huge thanks to Chris Myers (Had some minor damage to laser from the shipping company and he got me replacement parts within 3 days. He also checked in afterwards to make sure everything worked out), Liza Johnson (was very quick to get quotes put together for me), Aubrey Gilbreath (Helped me through the entire purchasing process), Grant Burrage and Eric Munoz (I had a lot of questions about the laser and they both took the time to give me excellent information and advice). I just got my Thunder Nova 51 and couldn't be happier with the machine. I would strongly recommend buying from Thunder for the excellent quality and customer service

GBQuick Support Response I had an issue with my Bolt and created a support ticket late in the day. They were able to respond the same day and replaced a faulty part at no cost.
