GBRecent cold snap Recent cold snap pushed the system to it's limits and demonstrated the need for the heater strip. I ordered it on a Tuesday and it arrived on Friday. It was up and running the same day. Don't try to order online after business hours. Total waste of time. I left a voicemail and did not get a call back. I called the next day and got immediate support. Unit arrived in perfect condition with great instructions. Could not have been easier to install. Thanks to everyone at Ingrams! Buy the heat strip and install it when you buy the main unit (even if you don't think you will need it). Cheap insurance it will minimize the need for additional trips to a cold, cramped attic!

GBGood company and staff. The people I talked with were able to answer all my questions. When one person did not know the answer, I was transferred to someone that did. Very knowledgeable. I purchased a scratch & dent. I received multiple photos of the universal condenser before purchase. Excellent communication all the way to the door. I can not wait to get installed and evaluate.

GBMr. Cool mini split Needed a 35’ line set for a Mr. Cool 18k unit, but the DIY systems only offer 25’ standard, and requiring purchase of additional lengths. Mr Cool customer service recommended contacting Ingrams for custom packaging. Purchased 35’ line set, new inside console and grade B scratch n dent outside unit for less than the new unit with standard 25’ line set, and not having to purchase additional 35’ line. Shipping was fast and all parts including Grade B outside unit arrived in perfect functional and cosmetic condition. Unit is now installed and works great. Highly recommend Ingrams and thanks to Mr.Cool customer service for pointing me in their direction.

GBIngrams Ordered furnace on a Friday, by following Friday it was at shipping hub close to delivery point. Opted to will-call and XPO did a great job making it an easy pickup. Ingrams said it would take about 5 business days! They nailed it! Great customer service! Rick Hanson

GBIngram's MRCOOL cleaning kit order Ordering process went well, Patricia, was the sales rep. Order was made on Jan 15th and now eight days later have not received any shipping or delivery updates other than confirmation of actual order, I would have thought this order would have moved along a little quicker. That said, I'm ok with the order so far, just hope I get it in the near future. A quick update (1/28/24), received my cleaning kit a little later the same day I wrote the initial review- so all is well. I would recommend giving buyers more delivery or tracking info.
