CASearched a Canadian site Searched a Canadian site, selected ship to Canada. Didn't show usd until I was about to pay. Added considerably to the price and I almost didn't notice. **Was contacted by company immediately after review. They apologized for the misunderstanding and offered me a very generous coupon for my next purchase. Wonderful customer service. Can't wait to try the trimmer! Thank you GLC

GBeverybody in Google land is price… everybody in Google land is price gouging Gorilla GrowTents. Grow Light Central Did not price gouge like everybody else Is during the Coronavirus and gave me a discount over the regular price from 550 to 505 dollar. Somebody on Amazon is trying to sell the same tent for over $800. and that Is one of the cheaper ones.

GBI could not be happier! Shipping was fast as can be. Everything was well packaged. Absolutely nothing about my experience was bad. I even had a hiccup with the welcome code to get a little discount and was able to message someone to get it cleared up right away (within just a few minutes). I will be recommending to anyone I know that needs grow equipment to give GLC a try, and that they came through for me.

GBSo far service has been good but… So far service has been good and accurate. However the press sometimes is not responding to lowering the heat pad sometimes. It’s a serious safety hazard. Should I return this item? I have to unplug and plug back in to work sometimes. If my finger ever gets caught in it my finger will get destroyed. Am I missing something? Manufacturing defect

GBResponse time Here as promised edit...Product was received and even if there is issue with one of parts that warped due to welding that was delivered, customer service was very fast with their response(1-2 hours from original email) to start addressing issue. Once it was resolved may be we can think of 5 start edit.
