Outrageous shipping fee’s but has been rectified I paid a shipping fee for the magic trimmer since it was going to be delivered in Canada. When UPS delivered the package, we had to pay another fee of $119.39. So in all, we paid more than half of the value of the trimmer to be shipped. Since writing this review, Grow Light Central has gotten back to us. They where not aware of UPS’s outrageous fee’s and are working on using other shipping companies. This was out of there control but they offered a credit anyways which we were happy to accept. It is nice to see a company go out of there way to rectify a problem. If only UPS could follow this principle.

Well organized online store! Don't hesitate to shop here! Anthony, the owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the items he provides! He helped guide me through everything I needed. Though I took a bit more time to decide, he responded to every question I had, and he works constantly! I'm on PDT, west coast and he's on the east coast and he's still responds as soon as possible to all my queries! Excellent!

Upon opening the box it was well packaged with foam securing it from all sides well protected from damage. Now about the light it’s self which is all amazing all around, no complaints and I would recommend this purchase from here again and again!

Great Company Ordered the photontek x465w pro. They had the best price on the web hands down plus being a new customer a was given a discount code which reduced the price further. Was scheduled to be here on a Saturday but received it the Friday before. Haven’t used the light yet. Probably another month before I have the space available but figured I’d better get it now before grow light prices go up along with everything else. All in all very satisfied and highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier! Shipping was fast as can be. Everything was well packaged. Absolutely nothing about my experience was bad. I even had a hiccup with the welcome code to get a little discount and was able to message someone to get it cleared up right away (within just a few minutes).
