GBBAD customer service &broken promises I joined and did a 3 month subscription. I had alot of questions and called customer service. The lady I spoke to barely spoke English and I couldn’t understand her. I Was promised a call back with an hour by a supervisor cause I had questions- never received a call back. Have sent multiple emails and no response. I finally got a call back and none of my questions were answered, very evasive. I am a new client and paid for 3 month subscription but can’t see a nutritionist for over 2 weeks (so obviously won’t get medication for 3-4 weeks) because they don’t have any openings on schedule- so why am I being charged for a subscription I can’t even use….bad customer service and broken promises. And now I found out the nutritionist can’t prescribe medications so won’t even do me any good, who am I suppose to talk to? LOTS of other companies out there that offer same service. Gotta be better than mochi health

GBDr Lucan is phenomenal Dr Lucan is phenomenal, typically I dread doctors, I thoroughly enjoy my appointments with him. Mochi as a whole is great and very responsive, ordering a compound is also easy and quick as well. I typically use my insurance but with drug shortages the compound is a painless alternative. Happy overall with mochi and their providers.
