BAD customer service &broken promises I joined and did a 3 month subscription. I had alot of questions and called customer service. The lady I spoke to barely spoke English and I couldn’t understand her. I Was promised a call back with an hour by a supervisor cause I had questions- never received a call back. Have sent multiple emails and no response. I finally got a call back and none of my questions were answered, very evasive. I am a new client and paid for 3 month subscription but can’t see a nutritionist for over 2 weeks (so obviously won’t get medication for 3-4 weeks) because they don’t have any openings on schedule- so why am I being charged for a subscription I can’t even use….bad customer service and broken promises. And now I found out the nutritionist can’t prescribe medications so won’t even do me any good, who am I suppose to talk to? LOTS of other companies out there that offer same service. Gotta be better than mochi health

I should have read reviews before I… I should have read reviews before I joined and not listened to the Instagram hype. This was more frustrating and all I lost was fee for doctor and medications I never received. Canceled my subscription and never received my medication.

So far great! Caitlin my nutritionist was great! She was attentive, informative and answered any questions I had. She let me know how to reach out with any additional questions i might have through my weightloss journey. My provider Rhonda was also great, went through all my intake questions, answered my concerns, and advised on my next steps! The whole process so far with Mochi has been wonderful

Loving Mochi and Dr. Sams! Dr. Sams is super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and has made the first few months of the process easy and even enjoyable. Having someone in my corner who knows all about the GI system and can easily explain the literal burps of using these medications, but who is also my cheerleader has meant everything - especially coming from a bunch of doctors who have just said bariatric surgery was my only option. I am so glad this option is available and at an affordable cost!

All questions were answered All questions were answered, provider was great in making recommendations and was friendly. All in all a great experience and glad to be apart of Mochi Health.
