First visit with provider I felt like the doctor had read my health info and was listening and asking appropriate questions. Very Good visit, I feel confident that the Mochi provider and team is looking out for my safety.

Great first experience Great first experience! I had my first Mochi appointment with my provider, and I was so pleased with how it went. He was so patient and really took his time to ask if I had questions and explain everything. He was very thorough in going through my health history, and came up with a plan for my weightloss that was perfect for me. He submitted my prescription right away and I can't wait to get my meds. I look forward to continuing the program! Mochi is so easy to use!

BAD customer service &broken promises I joined and did a 3 month subscription. I had alot of questions and called customer service. The lady I spoke to barely spoke English and I couldn’t understand her. I Was promised a call back with an hour by a supervisor cause I had questions- never received a call back. Have sent multiple emails and no response. I finally got a call back and none of my questions were answered, very evasive. I am a new client and paid for 3 month subscription but can’t see a nutritionist for over 2 weeks (so obviously won’t get medication for 3-4 weeks) because they don’t have any openings on schedule- so why am I being charged for a subscription I can’t even use….bad customer service and broken promises. And now I found out the nutritionist can’t prescribe medications so won’t even do me any good, who am I suppose to talk to? LOTS of other companies out there that offer same service. Gotta be better than mochi health
