The program is thorough, with great communication and extensive information in the form of weekly lessons in both video and written formats. Your motivation will skyrocket. Essentially, I plugged in to a results machine. I loved the simplicity and routine of knowing what to do (and why) — and how to get there on a daily basis. People underestimate how fitness elevates your mindset and resilience. Not only did I lose 23 pounds and 4 percent body fat, but I also experienced improved energy, sleep and confidence.

JPBest life improvement I got within years After months of navigating the complex world of resolving several health related issues without traditional "get the pill and forget" approach, I decided to join the program with P.D. Mangan. 3 month down the road I can't be happier I did. My goals were somewhat different from perhaps many others - not just "lose xx kg" or "look healthy" but to absorb a knowledge system which will give a latticework of lifestyle for reasonably long life, full of energy and enjoyable work. And we absolutely did it. P.D.Mangan was not intrusive yet frequently checking on progress and patiently elaborating questions and concerns along the way. He also shared his knowledge which answered 90% arising during transformation. For those who are unsure - it ain't cheap but hey - it brings results. I was not sure myself (giving amount of "coaches" out there repackaging same things into fancy boxes and selling at premium) but glad I eventually did. Important disclaimer here is that YOU are the one actually doing the hard work, so basic discipline and willpower to change harmful (yet pleasurable) habits is absolutely necessary. During the course I shed off 16kg (and going on), got rid of fatigue handicapping me last year, and generally feel myself much better. Very recommended.

CAUsing it to keep the doc away. Using it to keep the doc away. Adjusted by food / exercise routine for life. I entered my 50s better than 40s thanks in large part to this program. It allowed my wife and I to improve both strength and body composition as well as simplify nutrition. Much of the advice is something I had heard here or there - so I started from an decent point. However PD's program did two things for us. * Narrow the focus on the kernel of dos/donts that really matters * Get some broad insight to put into use over time once the kernel is completely assimilated. The approach is highly individualized. The correctives were simple and concise. My adherence was ok, not perfect. I have 2 kids with their own schedule and demands. It doesn't need to be perfect but it is *lasting*. I have a much better grasp of what's right and what's wrong. I don't know what the future holds but I operate under the presumption that the health care system is more likely to harm me then help, and this program was one of the ways to take matters into my own hands. GBPD Mangan Training is awesome! PD was straightforward, knowledgeable and realistic in his approach to my training. He took the time to learn about me, my history and goals. As a result it was obvious that he put sincere thought into my specific training, supplement and meal plan.
